Generalities

1. First Impressions (Score: 17/20):
   When i first entered your forum i noticed that you have a very striking greeny yellow colour scheme which makes your forum look like a great place to be to any guests. I also noticed that your forum is very simplistic, you have only 3 options on the navigation bar and each option is big. Everything on your forum appears to be oversized and I think this is a great effect. I particularly like the way your forum is well thought out and laid out differently to any other forum I have seen, you have added a nice twist to your forum to make it stand out from the others, good job with the first impressions, one thing I would say is that it would help if you made an introduction page of some sort to welcome guests and members to your forum to make it seem even more professional but apart from that i cannot suggest anything else you could do to make it look better to potential members.
   
   
2. Categories & Forums (Score: 6/10):
   You have 4 categories overall but i would say that only 3 of them are actually there to be a category which are the first 3, its quite a nice idea having different layouts of forums for each of your categories but at times, confusing. It was hard for me to find the 4 forums in your first category, providing that they are actually forums not topics, but i think you could make the text larger so you can see the separate parts clearer. You have a scrolling banner in your second category which is not currently used, it only has 1 forum in which seems a bit unbalanced, you should only have a minimum of 3 forums per category and that one only has 1, you could try merging some categories although this wouldn't be the best in your case or you could add some forums to that category. The exchangements category is well organised and has a good amount of forums contained in it so nothing wrong with that. Your forum descriptions are nice and detailed although you have none for the forums in the first 2 categories so you could think about adding some there although it is not vital. So your categories and forums are laid out interestingly which i like but there could be some improvements made to their organisation.

Forum Style

1. Major Graphics (Score: 9/10):
   Banner: (5/5)
   Your banner is simple but effective. It consists of a very striking background which matches your colour scheme perfectly and some white text which stands out well. The text font is easy to read and clear, plus i think i can make out that you have made the e and x of exchangements bold to stand out from the rest which is nice. I also think you have a lighter yellow circle around the e and the x to emphasise this. So overall your banner is nicely designed and well presented with some nice twists to it too. Great Work!
   Navigation Bar: (5/5)
   Your navigation bar is very simplistic; you have only kept the vital options and spaced out each button very far apart. It gives an open air feel to your forum plus matches the simplicity of everything else on your forum. The font you have used for the text on each button is good, clear to read. The text colour is blue, this doesn't really match with your forums theme but you could argue against this as it does fit in some aspects. I think i'd leave it like it is because the blue makes the text stand out. I also love the way you have the arrows at each end of the navigation bar as it adds a great effect as well as making it look better designed, great work. I think your navigation bar is simplistic but well designed great work.
   
   
2. Images & Icons (Score: 8/10):
   Well your forum icons look simplistic but great, like the rest of your forum, they are just a green triangle with blurred edges making them blend into the background, and they have the signature neon green colour that makes them stand out from the background. Of your forum icons I can only see the "no new posts" icon so I cannot comment on the others although I presume that they are just as good. Again, your topic icons are the same as your forum icons keeping the consistency but all I can see is the "no new posts" icons because you have hidden the post icon display which I normally use. I can see that you have some nice custom topic icons like the "open" one which is a circle with the text open next to it although it is slightly hidden by the topic title which could be changed to make your forum look better designed, apart from that, it’s good that you have kept the consistency between your forum and your topic icons. Now you also have some rather massive buttons like the "new topic" button which is massive! Maybe too big really, it’s the same with the "locked” button too. I think they are too big and their size needs to be reduced, they are just too big! Your "who is online?" image is in a different place but it still is well designed and matches the rest of your forum well so no problems there. So overall your icons are good but you need to downsize some of the buttons.
   
   
3. Forum Layout & Color Scheme (Score: 10/10):
   Wow, your forum layout is amazing; you have pushed the boundaries and made your forum totally different to any other that i have seen, your forums layout is crazy! you have nearly everything in a different place, the who is online section is at the top and you don’t have the users online at the moment statistics shown. But really, your forum is well organized, just you have done it to a different perspective to everyone else so i cannot fault you on the layout, its ingenious! Your forums colour scheme is just as well thought out; the banner matches the background and the table backgrounds too. The who is online? Image also matches the rest of the theme not to mention the forum and topic icons! The main text colour you use is also the green colour to match your forums theme and everything seems to match, nothing more to say, this is great!

Usergroups

1. Population of Groups (Score: 7/10):
   You have 2 groups with at first sight, good populations to keep your forum running smoothly. You have 1 administrator, yourself, which is ok for now but you might need help as you know when it gets more active. Also you have only 1 moderator which isn’t really enough and you should have another at least, your forum will get more active and you will need some staff to help you run it, really 1 moderator and 1 administrator is not enough, so in the future you will need to hire more staff as you probably know already.
   
   
2. Staff Groups / User Groups (Score: 8/10):
   Well you only have 2 groups which are both staff groups so there isn't much to comment on really, you do have an ok amount of groups for now but you will need to add a new group in the future for other members who can help you run the forum, you really should have 3 groups for your forums activity at the moment in my opinion but how you like to manage your forum is up to you not me nothing more to say in this section except for that the groups you have at the moment are good, you just need some more!

   Our users have posted a total of 447 messages; 95 being topics.
   We have a total of 35 registered members.

   
   Well you have 447 messages posted and 35 members who posted them, this does seem low at a first glance as i was expecting around 1000 but going into detail if i was to divide that out into a posts per member ratio it would come out as an average of only 13 posts per user, this is very poor as i would expect around 30 which is 1050 posts overall, you only have 447. You need to get your members to post more as at the moment your forums posting activity is rather low, you should try getting your members to post much more and get them more evolved in the forum other than just joining, posting a bit then going.
   
   
2. Users Active (Score: 10/10):
   

   I counted 11 from the memberlist

   
   Well i cannot do this easily as you don’t have the users connected during the past 24 hours shown but using the member list i managed to get on to i can see that 11 people have connected during the last 24 hours which is actually quite good! it is around what you would expect for a forum of your size, 11 is a good amount for 35 members and its clear your members are logging in regularly but not posting. No problems with this but you need to get your members to post as I have said before.
